1/5 stars I do not recommend. Woman was extremely fast didn’t cut my natural nails or push back the cuticles me and my best friend both got white tip gel acrylics and it took her 15 mins to do both of our nails. Not even 2 days after getting them done the acrylic was already coming up at the bottom. Definitely recommend going somewhere else

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Lady was incredibly rude, made my nails way to big and shape was uneven, very sloppy because she didn’t take her time. She got very mad when i told her i was unhappy with my nails. i went to another salon to get them fixed and the man told me she didn’t even use gel nail polish like she said so, which gel is more expensive, she used normal polish.

My friend went there and the woman literally made her shape her own crooked fingers nails & she still forced her to pay for unfinished nails. Her husband is 10x better than she is. she just needs to quit.

Really disappointed with the quality of my pedicure. The service seemed nice until I left. After TWO days (worked a 4 hour shift) I was already missing all of the polish on my middle toe nail. By Thursday, I five painted toenails had chipped off… COMPLETELY gone. I have had this pedicure for one week and I have 3 nails still painted. Really disappointed for the price ($30 for a pedicure that lasted 2 days). I will never go back. My friend also went with me and 4 of her nails are also chipped off. The last pedicure I got in Middlesboro at another salon lasted 6 WEEKS. I will be returning there.

I wish their was an option to not have to put any stars! Used to have alot of respect for this place and the owners for about 10 years, until Julie bit my daughters head off over a unicorn design she ask if she could do! My child was only 8 years old at the time and cried her eyes out when we left! And I have not set foot back in there one time.

First time going to L a Nails @ the mall and I love it. Julie is great done a fantastic job on both mine & my sisters nails. She is very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Employees are very rude and don’t do a good job. My fiance had her nails done and they were already broken in a few days and they refused to fix them even with payment. They aren’t friendly don’t care about loyal customers just in it for the money. They would probably be better off starting a Chinese restaurant where they don’t have to spend so much face to face time with people considering they aren’t friendly to customers even those who have been regular customers for years. Try elite nails they do better work and are much more welcoming and don’t make you feel uncomfortable.
