Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever again. I only come to this place because it is right next door to my house. Nail tech was rushing my nails even though there is no one there to get serviced. She charged me $47 for gel acrylic nails. When I ask her to explain why it was so much being that it says $27 for acrylic and 37 for gel on their service price list, she told me that gel acrylic is $37 for short but since as I got long then it was $47. This is laughable. I posted a picture below, please let me know if this is long nails. And if that was the case, why not let your customers know beforehand. I will not be going to this business anymore. They over charge you for mediocre work. I will rather go to a more professional and higher class nail shop and pay the same amount of money for better service and better quality. Never again. I only come to this place because it is right next door to my house. Nail tech was rushing my nails even though there is no one there to get serviced. She charged me $47 for gel acrylic nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here to get my nails took off and eyebrows done today ..the lady takes a nail clipper and basically begins to painfully pry the nail off without soaking them or anything..I snatched my hand back and she says aren’t you in a rush .I never told her that by the way. I told her why are you not soaking my nail off that Hurts and she continued to do it anyway ..I snatched my hand back again and told her to take them off the proper way.then she soaks them. My nails are so sore and Red! I will never come here again.
