Very poor customer service. I went in for a pedicure and was one of 2 people present. The lady assigned to assist me, was watching a Facebook video. Several minutes after I was seated, she brought the phone over and set it up to continue to watch her movie/video and then greeted me. She acted annoyed I was even there. Asked me what color I wanted and then was even more annoyed I did not have one. She has not given me the colors to choose from. During the pedicure she watched her video and did a very poor job. I chose the package that had callous remover. I did not get it. She declined to use it (I still paid for it.) the package also included a leg massage. If it lasted 90 seconds for both legs, I might be exaggerating. The polish was done extremely poorly. The paint was left over the nails. I gently pointed this out and explained it would peel if not corrected. She acted very annoyed I requested she fix it. The polish is spotty and uneven. The whole experience was very unsatisfactory especially for choosing a deluxe package. I highly suggest you not waste your time. There are many other quality nail salons in the area.

It was way too expensive and my nail polish started peeling the very next day the picture below is 2 Days later I would never go there again and I don’t recommend anybody else go there the last picture was the day it got done and as you can see it wasn’t that good to start off with it’s just the worst place I’ve ever been too

I have been coming here for the past year and a half and I love it. I’m very particular about how my pedicures and nails are done and I never have to check behind them at all. My girls and I come at least once a month or every other month and never had any issues. We always get gel nails, pedicures and I get my eye brows waxed.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNO NO NOOOO. Do not go here! I have gone here a couple of times due to convenience. And it turned out to be a horrible decision. Got my eyebrows waxed and I had to wait an hour and a half nobody told me how long it was going to take. And the lady burned my eyebrows. The entire outline of my eyebrows were bright red for two days. I’ve gotten my nails done here as well due to convenience and they couldn’t even line a French manicure properly. And when corrected or asked to fix it they got an attitude. Just don’t do it. There are plenty of other places to go to just not this place. I can’t describe enough the strongest smell of nail polish remover no fans going there’s nail clippings all over the floors and it’s just gross. Critical: Punctuality, QualityThis is my second time visiting this salon . The first time I waited over an hour for a pedicure. I only tried out this salon because it was so close to my home and I had need a quick pedicure due to previous engagements. Today I returned because once again it was close and other salons were close to closing . I walked in the guy was rude . I asked how long the wait was for a pedicure and I never got an answer , just kept saying go wash your hands . There was to other people waiting for services and the only thing he had done is sat all of us at different chairs . I sat in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes . At that point I just left because I knew I would be late to my dinner date . This was my very last time trying to get serviced at this salon . I only tried out this salon because it was so close to my home and I had need a quick pedicure due to previous engagements. I left for vacation that Monday and two more had lifted and the paint on all of them was fading. I had to pay someone in Mexico to fix the 4 nails that were messed up. I went to LA nails for the first time yesterday and at first glance it was very clean, and the nail techs were very nice. I had a small wait but no big deal. I usually get my nails filled every 2 and half weeks, but it was time for a full new set. Definitely went to the wrong place for that. The shape was off and I asked for a quick fix, which he was very nice about and fixed it. But when it came to polish, it was sloppy at best. One nail is missing 1/3 of the polish and the others are not smooth or are going over my cuticle at the bottom in certain places. The polish job is messy, and I will be returning to get it fixed. The full set with gel polish was $35 which is reasonable but they rush through the painting for sure.

Absolutely the worst Nail salon in town !! Literally waited hour. The nail technician tells me to sit at table one and continue to have me wait for additional 20 minutes. Didn’t give me the color pallet to lol through while I wait didn’t apologize for my inconvenience. Just completely horrible ! Baby just don’t waste your time.

I usually don’t have anything to complain about but about a week ago I went in and asked which nails last the longest acrylic or gel the guy said gel within week five nails fell off so I call and ask if they can fit me right in I have previous engagements he said yes you come so I come I waited for about 25 min the lady say wait we fix for free if you wait I explain it’s my daughter s bday and I have other things I have to do to set up I can’t wait that’s why I called that’s why I ask which nails lasts longest so I wouldn’t be put in this position now I use to tip nail people 10 a piece and waxing about five dollars save yourself a headache and money find another nails salon. YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS LIKE MINE I DIDN’T LISTEN EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
