This was my first time at this nail salon. I really liked Tweet, she is the reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. The girl who did my nails appeared to be the manager. I wasn’t told prior to getting my nails done I’d be charged an extra $8 because they were long. I’ve seen long nails and I wouldn’t categorize my nails being long at all. She didn’t talk to me except ask me where I’d gotten my full set done as if it mattered. I actually wanted to leave a nice tip but because I was charged an upcharge that wasn’t listed in their prices I didn’t see the need in doing so. Maybe that was her way of getting a tip because she may have judged me and thought i wouldn’t tip. If I go back it’ll only be for a pedicure with Tweet. I’ll go where I know the prices and they don’t just charge you based on how they feel. Had I not had that experience I would’ve went back and possibly made them my new nail salon. The search continues…..

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been here several times in the past few years and have up till now never been disappointed. Today they weren’t that busy but I was barely spoken to by the normally nice staff. I seemed to be the last thing on their minds as I waited for over an hour with my feet soaking in burning hot water that will and I quote “cool off quickly” . About thirty minutes in the person sat after me got service and I still did not. But I still waited still needing something to relax. After another thirty-five minutes of no eye contact or words from the staff I gave up and started to leave. Only then did several staff and the manager decide that I was just about to receive my service if I would only stay. I had waited as long as I could and I ultimately left upset and more stressed than when I had walked in. i went to get one nail fixed and they used the wrong color and made me leave with my nail still wet. they didn’t file the inside at all either. my nail looks very bad and doesn’t match the rest. upset Pedicure, Nail art, Acrylic nails
