I went to get gel nails and they rushed the whole time. I wanted a design of animal print that I showed her in the beginning and she said yes. After she painted my nails, she tried to do the design and couldn’t do it. It looked bad so she wiped it off and said she didn’t have time to try anything else. Anyway, the overall experience wasn’t good so I won’t be back

Highly disappointed. In town for work and called to make an appointment for a dip mani. Got to my appointment & come to find out that they only have 8 dip colors. Tried to convince me to get gel in which I wasn’t interested in. Lost out on my nail appointment. Communication could totally improve. It’s fine if they don’t offer that service, but don’t confirm an appointment for that specific service and wait until we arrive.

Critical: QualityIf negative stars was an option, they’d get it! A friend recommended this salon because they’ve always had a good experience. I’m sorry I listened! Two days later and my nails broke off! They didn’t buff them which should have been my first reg flag! I had two nails replaced and glue was all over my nails / fingers. A 2 year old could have done a better paint job then they did! The paint / nails were so uneven. As much as I want to go back and make them fix this problem I’ll take my service else where and get better results! Don’t waste your time. Positive: QualityI’ve been here several times over the past 2 years. I usually get the gel mani and pedi. They helped me with nails for engagement photos and leading up to my wedding last year. Wonderful kind staff and excellent quality.

if i could give -6593794 stars I would. when i say this was by far the worst nail experience i’ve ever had that is putting it very midly.i came in for dip nails. didn’t cut my nails, didn’t file them, didn’t shape them. the end result was so hideous and lasted maybe 3 hours. DO NOT GO HERE

First time here and my experience was very nice! Location is clean and tidy, there’s a tv to watch, and Nina was super sweet. They follow healthy practices when it concerns covid19 (like wearing masks and using paper towels). Nina did a really good job on my nails (and I’m picky when it comes to the shape of my nails). Will definitely return!
