I don’t really like leaving bad reviews either, but there were just so many red flags at this place. They weren’t using plastic coverings in any of their pedicure stations, which is highly unsanitary. I got an acrylic set with extensions and the whole thing was finished up in like 25 mins, which was definitely way too fast. No care was taken during the process. My cuticles just hurt and several of my fingers were bleeding after. They also gave my sister in law and I gel polish when we specifically asked for regular polish and didn’t make sure it was okay with us. There was no base coat being used, the first thing that went on my nail was just straight polish. It also seemed a little overpriced. There was no pricing menu and it just seemed like the person charging me just made up a number off the top of her head. For the sake of your cuticles and your wallet, I would not recommend going here

This was my first experience at this type of nail- only establishment. The ladies were friendly, professional, everything was clean, and the service was amazing- they have enough staff to just take you as you arrive with little to no waiting and no appointment necessary. My gel manicure came out beautifully and lasted over 2 weeks (eventually I had to have it redone because my nails grew out).

I went in and the lady who attended me didn’t even ask me what I wanted she just got the closest nail polish and started painting my nails and they weren’t even good!! I do not recommend

I GOT HURT! I really don’t like writing negative reviews but I feel like this one’s warranted: I needed to get my acrylics taken off and the woman who took me was already working with another client when she took me. She was peeling them off way too fast and took a piece of my nail and a chunk of my finger with the acrylic piece. She didn’t wear gloves or clean her tools as I was bleeding profusely. This damage will likely take a few months to heal. The woman was somewhat apologetic, but still charged me for the injury. I would rate this experience zero stars if I could.

Critical: ProfessionalismI asked to get my acrylics off and just have a regular manicure. The lady pushed me to get gel and rolled her eyes at me when I said I wanted regular. Then a different lady did a regular manicure and didn’t do a topcoat. When my nails were drying and I asked about the topcoat I got another eye roll. Total was $26 and I gave a $1 tip. I got charged $32 on my credit card so it seems they tried to get an extra $5 out of me without my signing for it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in with my 9 year old daughter for pedis and manis and asked for just basic pedicures. No massage, just clean them up a bit and paint. They ended up using the razor blade and charging me extra. I was blown away that they charged me $55 for a little girls mani and pedi. I think that’s outrageous! I wanted a fill, and it’s almost comical how messed up these nails are. She filed one nail crooked, polish isn’t covering the whole nail on all 10 fingers, there’s streaks of paint, acrylic got under one nail and hardened and she didn’t bother removing it. They’re bad. The staff is really really nice but every time I’ve called ahead and made an appointment they never have enough staff so I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes upon arrival. There have been a few times where I have chosen a color and they have painted my nails with a different one. There have also been a few times where I leave with nail polish on my cuticles or on the backside of my nail, causing the gel polish on my nail to peel when I take the excess polish off my skin.

I was here last week and they rushed me through in 24 minutes for my pedicure. The chair I sat in didn’t work for massage. The soak was only warm water, no salts. And leg massage? They rubbed lotion onto my legs. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and am disappointed with how much the quality and customer service has gone downhill. They seem to be successful regardless though, they’ve recently expanded and are always busy.
