Mai knows nails! She’s a health conscious professional with 20 years experience manicuring fingernails and toenails. Took her time removing all the old layers of a too-thick dip job from a previous nail salon, followed by carefully examining the health of my nails. Was I impressed! My 6 year old daughter wanted to get her nails done before her first day of school. I usually would attend as her father but with my busy work schedule and this being the only nail salon open on a Sunday she and my girlfriend decided to go while I was at work. They made an appointment and still had to wait to be taken care of and it wasn’t even busy in the store. Once they started my daughters nails another customer that was being assisted dropped a bottle of nail polish and the woman that was doing my daughters nails stopped her nails to clean up a mess when there was another employee helping that customer. Then decided to do someone else’s nails before coming back to attend my daughter. After getting home and hearing about this experience it was just sad. This place is bare minimum service for the prices. Money isn’t a issue but to charge 35 bucks for a mani with no color and a pedi for a 6 year old is baffling for the terrible experience she had. I’ve brought my daughter to other places before that prices were less expensive, or even the same amount which doesn’t matter but we had a much better experience which what i pay for. I’m not the one to write bad reviews and if I’m doing this then there is a major problem here. I really do hope this place takes this criticism as a wake up call to provide better experiences for their future paying customers.

Stepped in for a walk-in pedi recently. Honestly I wish I had looked around more before sitting down. The place is pretty dirty. I used to be a regular 6 years ago and I wonder if ownership has changed. I didn’t recognize any of the ladies. I sat in a pedi chair in the back. I had to step over stools and squeeze around some of the workers to get there. Once the water ran for the foot tub there was a mildew stench like the pipes or chair water mechanics need a good bleaching.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDon’t go here!! I was a walk-in, wanting old gel nail polish removed & then manicure & regular nail polish. The booth had chips of nails on it, and I asked the young tech to clean it, she used a dry brush. I didn’t see techs sanitizing areas at all. My tech used a file on the gel nails to “rough them up” & did not use acetone at all. I questioned this & she said I did not have gel polish on. ?? I had gel nails done 6 weeks ago! Then she did a base coat, 2 coats of polish, topcoat with no drying between coats, & I questioned this as the polish was not the quick dry kind. then my nails were under the heat/UV nail dryer for over an hour, she said they were dry & wanted to go into my purse to get my money for me! I refused & went to do so & my nails became a mess when I tried to get into my purse. She tried to quickly remove SOME of the nail polish on the thumbnails and repolish them as they were the worst, & that application of polish was bumpy. An older tech came & removed that polish & redid them, without removing the gel polish & also insisted that I did not have gel polish on & what I was showing them was “nail scarring”. I like it here, the prices are good, there’s a million different dip Options and services and the staff is very hard working. My nails always look great and it costs half what I used to pay with more options. Highly recommend would advise making an appointment.

Clearly they were too busy to do what I asked. My nails are thick and chunky looking. They’re not straight and they’re not even close to what I asked for. I asked for designs on every finger and she asked if 2 fingers were okay I even told her she could take this set off and give me a new set because the color I wanted was kindof a sheer nude and I have blue ombré powder underneath. Instead she made my nails bubble gum pink and guess what? You can still see the blue underneath. If I could post pictures I would. They look nothing like the picture I showed her of what I wanted.
