I’ve used L A Nails for a long time been thru several owners and this last experience was not a good one, I get the dipped powder with tips and this past week I went in and everything was going well until I told the young lady that one of the nails was crooked and it was very noticeable , she got upset and called I guess her husband over they talked and he took the nail off , then she comes back and started to file the nails down and it hurt when she did the side of my fingers and when she used the machine , I asked her if she got upset about it and she said no but her actions said something different. any way I think I need a new salon

Unsanitary, tried to use the tools used on my toenails for my manicure , when confronted about this woman automatically caught an attitude and cut my finger. They also do not have dryers to dry nail polish and I’m assuming ac does not work bc it was hot in there Nail art, Manicure, Facial treatments, Pedicure, Waxing, Brazilian waxing
