Critical: Punctuality, QualityAsked for a ombré with gold details as in the last picture, and just look what I got. No design, full of product around my fingers, didn’t file my nails to look even. It’s not worth. Had my appointment by 6pm and left the place at 8:30pm. Just to apply the dip on my hands, not even to do any manicure at all. Charged me the price of gel nails. Not worth. Asked for a ombré with gold details as in the last picture, and just look what I got. No design, full of product around my fingers, didn’t file my nails to look even. It’s not worth. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBeen there many times before. Not the most professional place but normally I’ve had no major issues. Made appointments for two pedicures yesterday for 12 pm for today. Walked in, told them we had appts for 12, told us to pick a polish color and we sat and waited. And waited. And waited. Got to be 12:25 and we were called over to sit. One person came over and starting working on one of us and left the other sitting there, waiting again. Finally had to leave at 12:50 because I had something scheduled for 2 pm. Nothing was said about being overbooked, no apology. Went to the guy in charge and said, do you realize I had an appt at 12 and I still haven’t been seen? No response. Put my polish back and left. Unprofessional.
