Laura completely screwed my hair up. I found out afterwards that she normally only deals with Hispanic customers and gives Caucasian customers to the Caucasian stylist but she cut my hair anyways. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she said she’d have no problem cutting it. She cut it WAY too short (like 5 inches too short) and didn’t give me any of the bangs or layers I wanted. She just chopped all my hair off. When she finished and I was visibly upset, she told me she wouldn’t fix it and I left.
