This was my first time coming to this place, I absolutely loved my experience. When i wasn’t sure of how much length I wanted my nails she took the time to show me and demonstrate me. The service here is amazing and they take the time to perfect your nails. Loved it! Definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever !!! Only 2 ladies working at that place one had a certification the other one was just a family member. Not trying to be rude but it was an old lady. She kept shaking and cut me 4 times on the same nail. Kept burning me with the drill ! left me with dry acetone all over my fingers. Nails didn’t even match on length ughhh worse place in dfw !!!

Went to get my husband’s hair cut. Decided to get mine trimmed while we were there. I’m very picky about who I let cut my hair, so I was a little nervous. Tony cut my hair and did an excellent job blowing it out and styling it. We also had our two toddlers there and they went above and beyond to keep the girls entertained and happy!

Let me start off by saying in all my years, this is my first horrible experience at a nail salon. Bad enough that I would spend my time writting this review and telling everyone I have come in contact with today to NEVER goto this salon. If there was a way to put negative stars, I would have. Yesterday I went into this salon and got a gel fill in. All was fine even though I left bleeding and with cuts on my fingers , I still paid for the service , chalked it up and went about my day. When I arrived at work, I was told my nail polish was too loud, So after work I returned to the salon to see about changing the color. First off , I walk in and there is one lady getting a pedi.. no one else was in there so I asked for Tiffany & she remembered me so I told her about needing a polish change , she told me that was fine but she had a appointment in 30 minutes. Who knew that should have been my first sign to say nevermind I’ll come back another day. I asked was she sure she had time and she said yes. She drilled the polish off once again scraping skin off as she rushed through the process , barely got all the polish off and handed me to another girl who proceeds to paint over the old polish with new polish, tries to file my biggest cut open again & then when applying the top gloss leaves holes everywhere in my nails. The shape ruined, the polish ruined, everything about the experience was absolutely unacceptable. Tiffany charged me $10 for the polish change and made the comment that she did me a favor and only charged me half off what she would usually charge for the polish change. $20 for a polish change when you have ruined my nails & im ashamed to even have people see them. Ridiculous. Never the less I figured why make a fuss over $40 all together down the drain when I can just tell everyone I come in contact with as well as friends and family about my horrid experience as well as leaving reviews on all social media. Yelp, twitter, facebook, instagram. If your going to be that unprofessional you should not be working with the general public. Period.
