I asked for simple curtain bangs and the lady gave me curly hair in the front, left it straight in the back. Not to mention she used so many bottles of this weird chemicals that SMELLS horrible. Im not sure if this is how you get curtain bangs but I’m upset with how my hair turned out and shes charging like 200 dollars for this bs. Never going again

I’m a customer for over 15 years. Language is a problem and yes there were times when I was not too thrilled but there’s a reason why I keep going back. I see people here writing negative reviews and making a mountain out of stupid stuff. If you are patient and willing to work with her she is one of the best. Yes she’s not the brightest nor she is sophisticated but for a simple haircut she does an excellent job for the price you pay.

Came in previously for buzz cut not even a week ago. She said $11.00. Asks me what I do for a living. I’m honest raises the price by $9.00. I can get a haircut for $5.90 at smittys @ Lynnwood. For great quality by Sharon she’s been doing it for 30 years. Sometimes this happens. This was just unjust. I have rent and bills she makes 20 in less than 10 min. Some people work an hour for that in miserable conditions.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I took our son to get a fade. Our son ended up walking out with a really bad, I think it was meant to look like a faux hawk, haircut. We went back in to ask if we could have it blended. They took too much off the top. And they told us “That’s a good haircut” so we proceeded to ask for our money back and the woman there told us that it’s a good haircut and that she refuses to give us our money back and even told us to wait on her and that she could fix it but at this point, we were just very hurt by her unprofessional manner and decided to leave. I’m sure she has good clientele who get what they want done but in our case we were treated very poorly. We have them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to fix it but they made it worse and then refused to give us our money back. I even tried to call for the manager and the woman basically brushed us off. When I called, she answered the phone and set it down and proceeded to ignore me. Please think twice before coming here. And please don’t pay for anything you aren’t satisfied with here. Don’t encourage this unruly behavior that I got from this lady. I won’t add any photos for the sake of my son. We went back in to ask if we could have it blended. They took too much off the top. My hair was long and needed a new cut. Went in and no one was there. Should’ve realized then something was up. Well got a cut and color and the color is really nothing but bleach and turned my hair orange. The lady wouldn’t even let me see my hair till she was done. Then we went to checkout and I asked her how much she was charging me thinking about $100 or a bit more. Nope.. Turned out she charged me $230! Will NEVER go back. Disappointed to say the least.

She knows LATINA hair, through and through! The first time a hair dresser was actually able to take my dark, dark, brown, fine- textured hair to platinum blonde, and without damage. WOW on quality, price, time it takes to get an appointment, and time in the salon. I have been there 3 times and she does a great job and recommend her to all my friends!

I asked for highlights and bleached my hair and dyed it light redish instead. I told her that’s not what i asked for and told her i wasn’t going to pay because she ruined my hair with the bleach! She said i still had to pay but shed give me a discount. I paid 175. Original price was 190. Never go there! She is a scam!

First time move to Seallte , everywhere they close at 6:Pm i seen open i stop got the hair cut there , she didn’t ask me how do i want my hair cut, just ask what number you want , i say i dont know and she ask is your frist time hear i say yeah i just move from other state and she cut my hair without asking in 10 min ,cut my hair like crap (WORST HAIR CUT EVER) charger me $40 for a man hair cut ???? i ask her really she say yeah seallte is expense .never never go there ….NOW I HAVE TO GET MY HAIR FIX TOMRROW..
