Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey don’t tell you when you sign up that they charge fees for everything!!!! They make comments feigning care when they just want sales. Their products are overpriced and generic. The moisturizer comes out clumpy! You can’t reschedule appointments on the same day and you get charged a late fee or cancel fee.. Didn’t get notified about my appointment and got charged a late fee. I called back to reschedule because I have a family emergency but Hillary informed me Id be charged a late fee because they had no other openings that day. I called an hour BEFORE.
