What has happened with customer service these days? I’ve been going here for years. I’ve usually had Kym do my nails who is the owner. She used to work across the street at TK nails. I guess she was the K. The last few times I’ve been in there she’s been on vacation I’m told. I’m beginning to wonder now if she’s just either not there anymore at all or if the place has been sold? But she’s never there anymore. Anyway the last two times I had my nails done by Melinda. The first time I had her she was talking to her friend and I was kind of paying attention but I didn’t recall her putting on a base coat. So I asked her about it and she said yeah yeah. So I said okay. Well my toenail polish started chipping within a few days. So I don’t think it got put on. So I went back a month or so later and I got Melinda again. So she’s trimming my toenails and all of a sudden I feel a little tug and pain. She cut into the corners of my big toe. There’s no reason for this. Nothing was ingrown. Nothing was overgrown. They’re not supposed to do this. They’re not supposed to breach the skin layer at all. Then none of my nails were the same length or the same shape. Was she even trained? I’ve attached pictures. I talked to a man who said he was one of the owners. And he said no that’s not supposed to happen and that I’m supposed to come back and ask for him to do my nails next time. Well definitely I wouldn’t see Melinda. It ended up getting infected. I talked to Alan and he said he would have Kym call me. The next day. Well that didn’t happen. I called the salon back and just for the heck of it I asked if Melinda was there and the lady said yes. Is Kym there? No. She said Alan will be back later. So I called and spoke to Allen and asked why Melinda was there. He told me that she was only there 3 weeks and that she would be let go after this incident. He told me she was gone. I told her the receptionist said that she was there today. So at this point. I’m done with this place and I will be calling the Health Department. But who knows maybe she won’t be going by Melinda anymore. This place has changed and it seems like they don’t care about anything. Even following state governed rules.

Kym nails is AMAZING. I get acrylic overlay with gel color. For almost a year, Kym would do my nails, I never had one problem. No chips or anything. I recently moved to Texas and have had nothing but problems. I can not find a salon that has done my nails like Kym!

Took forever and my daughter and I just went in for fills. Spent $85 and I could have done the nails better myself. Both have bubbles in Polish and nails are super thick. Very disappointed. Acrylic nails

The staff are creative and very patient when working with younger patrons. My 9 yr old got her nails polished and was undecided and the tech assisted her in choosing a color and made sure her nails were dry before helping put her flip flops on. Great place!

I went with the royal Pedicure which included; callus removal, sea salt exfoliation, mask and lotion, paraffin wax treatment, and nails polished. ALL FOR $50. Please tip well. I’m a frequent customer here, but I just had to brag about my last experience. I got my nails done in 4/12 and none of them have chipped. They’re all in perfect condition! I cant believe they’ve lasted longer than a month.
