If you’re looking for a balayage/ombré look do not use DiDi 🙁 she was very nice but when I was obviously unhappy with my hair at the end she tried convincing me it didn’t look bad. I went home crying because it looked so streaky and had blots of orange and streaks of bright blonde in my hair. My hair looked trashy and streaky. Only redeeming factor of this place is that when I went back the same day to try and get a refund, I went just as they closed and a man was so kind to open the door for me attempt to fix my hair. Of course since my hair had so damage to it in one day he wasn’t able to completely redo my hair but he really did try. I would say definitely look elsewhere to get your hair done!!!
