Honestly, wow. I just needed a blowout and trim. They talked about how difficult my hair was the entire time I was there, how curly it was and how dry it was. Spoke about me in Spanish (I understood it all) and then for the trim I had to keep checking if my ends were really trimmed, she ended up having to go back through it.
