Positive: CleanlinessI had called last weekend to try and get in but they weren’t able to see us. We were told they could schedule us appointments for Saturday (3-27-21) at 10am. We show up for our appointment and were told we didn’t have one. Maureen who talked to us was sorta rude and little bit loud. I said ok and we left I called back to see if the appointment was under our nicknames and Maureen said no…but then told me they were for the following Saturday. I asked her to cancel them and then hung up. I’m calling around trying to find somewhere else to go when I get a phone call from Kwik Kuts. It’s Dineen calling to see what we wanted and said she would be glad to take us. So we came back and she colored and cut my hair *amazing job and also did my daughter’s hair. She was pleasant and very good at her job. I will have to say while we were there Maureen argued with another customer over the phone and she’s very unprofessional. Blaming covid-19 and stating that she’s 63 and doing the best she can. Most of us understand that there is a pandemic we have been dealing with it for over a year now but to bring your age into an argument with a customer that’s just crazy. I had called last weekend to try and get in but they weren’t able to see us. We were told they could schedule us appointments for Saturday (3-27-21) at 10am.
