It has helped recovery from sports and injury for me in a huge way. The office is quiet and relaxing. She does a wonderful job and is good about asking what areas need more attention. I’ve known Kayla for a while and been friends, but I wouldn’t write any review (as opposed to a false “good” review) if I didn’t appreciate the talent and effort involved in my massage yesterday. I had a bad bike wreck about a month ago which I hoped I would naturally and gradually recover from, but had trouble sleeping and lack of mobility due to the wreck. She tailored the time to focus on the trouble spots, but also made sure to work towards the underlying issues at the source of the problems by working related muscle groups. Today, I’m sore, but feeling much more relaxed and mobile, and was able to sleep on my injured side (side sleeper by default). I hope to finish some work on chronic issues I had before my injury, and then get to a point of doing “maintenance” work to just feel less old and broken in general. Thanks again Kayla, and anyone curious, it’s worth contacting her and see if it’s mutually beneficial to work with her
