Critical: Quality, ValueWas suppose to get a fill in and 1 nail fixed . Was very clear when I said fill in and point to the 1 broken nail and said fix however the young guy files everything off puts some of the Cuticle oil on my nails and they called that him putting the acrylic on . I did not have time to wait another 30-45 mins if not longer for him to put a full set on . Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely love this place! When I went the first time it was only Ken and V, and Ken told us that they do not hire new employees unless they know what they are doing. I went the second time and there were 2 new employees and I ended up getting the new guy. AMAZING! He was great!!!! I forgot his name but he was young and awesome. I absolutely love this place! When I went the first time it was only Ken and V, and Ken told us that they do not hire new employees unless they know what they are doing. I went the second time and there were 2 new employees and I ended up getting the new guy. AMAZING! He was great!!!! I forgot his name but he was young and awesome. Very nice nail place with great prices and the pedicure itself was very good. Only complaint is that I made an appointment for 7 and once I got there I waited with my feet in the water until 7.45 to get started.
