I have been going to this place for some time now and each visit is always a positive one. I walk out feeling satisfied. Their service is top notch. Vy is truly amazing! I trust her skills. She listens to what I want and is very patient and takes her time. I’ve noticed the other lash technicians to be very attentive to their clients as well, taking their time to make sure we are satisfied. Also, a very clean, friendly, and relaxing place. I was on the fence about the whole eyelash thing, especially because of the cost associated with maintaining them. I found K&V and they offered a Jr lash artist for a great price so I chose them. I was upfront when I made the appointment that I never had them done before and that I was nervous. I went to my appointment and there wasn’t anyone there that could help me and explain things to me because of a language barrier. She pointed around at pictures and so I picked the natural ones because it felt like a safe choice for a beginner. I understand why your eyes are basically sealed shut, but I had no idea what to expect and no one to explain the process to me so when she had to step away to tend to the counter and it took a long time because she had to call someone to help translate (which she never did for me, not even at the end when there was confusion) I felt kinda trapped and vulnerable, it was very uncomfortable. When it was time to pay it wasn’t the Jr lash price, I tried to say something but the only thing she could kinda say was that she wasn’t a Jr.
