I took my older brother who has special needs in for a hair cut last Tuesday. He gets anxious in new surroundings and JD was very patient and pleasant while cutting his hair, the other barber was welcoming and pleasant as well. They not only offered excellent customer service, but a great haircut. He will definitely be going back.

I am a single mother of 5 children. Fulltime entrepreneur. Been a resident of Richmond Heights for 5 years. My first experience here was great. I was excited to find a good barber so close for me and my boys. Asked about bringing my boys back to get their haircuts. Was even given a price by the barber who sits in the second seat from the restrooms. I never forget a face. Just a name.I went back to the same barber with my two boys. Who are 6 and 13. He charged me $20 for each of thier cuts. That’s the amount he charged me a few weeks prior for my cut. I never went to a shop where they charge a 40, 6 and 13 year old the same price. Also never been so missed informed about a price. He did a great job on all our heads. I just prefer honesty and to be treated fairly. I did not receive that. Due to this I will not be back

Making them wait claiming they have appointments which would be fine and understandable BUT you wait for hours and no one sits in their chairs. Just a poor disposition overall. Not a friendly environment. The the owner is rude.

Horrible. will be waiting 1hr+ just to have 3 ppl come after you and immediately get service. very disappointing to have barbers give special treatment to who they pick and choose deserve it. So sad.
