Ebony Jones and really this whole shop seems to be unprofessional. I came into my appointment and noticed Ebony wasn’t present. I spoke to the shop owner about the situation because she cancelled my appointment without any warning under a misunderstanding on her behalf and I just wanted my hair done. After that, I spoke with Ebony over the phone and I thought we had settled everything until I called today and she told me she would no longer service me because she stated that I was being “messy” and trying to “finesse” her because I spoke to the shop owner about the situation. According to Ebony, the shop said I was “trying to start something” because I stayed around to see if there would be anybody else available to do my hair. Again over a misunderstanding on HER behalf. I’ve always been a supportive customer, especially if the work is good, but good customer service is a huge factor.

Very vibrant shop. I always use Gail, who always does a good job. Only piece of advice ALWAYS make an appointment because I know at least Gail doesn’t take walk-ins through the week. And if you on Saturday, once again for Gail, get there early! Otherwise you could waste an entire day sitting in the salon. I would call if you would like another stylist.

OMG, this is the place for our sisters to go, the owner April who loves the Lord is a down to earth real sister, they make you feel so relaxed and welcoming, all those sistas in this shop take pride in what they do, and miss Gail, I just love her, she is so funny and should have her own talk show. I’ve never been to this business, however, I’d not recommend anyone to go to this place of business as someone there got a hold of my credit card information and used it to try and purchase equipment. $2500 worth. 3 days, cancelled cards, emails back and forth to the company they used my card with to try and purchase a salon chair I’d recommend to stay away from any place of business that practices this way.
