Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI signed up for an 11:15 Saturday morning appointment. When I showed up, the door was locked even though it supposedly opened at 11. I knocked at the door and no one answered. I called and was sent straight to voicemail. I needed a haircut for my wife’s birthday and I couldn’t get one. Got punished for wanting to try a new place.
