I just had the best pedicure I have ever had by Le! I work on my feet and am always left wanting more after a pedicure & I always do an upgraded one. I only wanted more this time because it was so good! He asked for my preference for water temp and massage pressure which I don’t think I’ve ever been asked during a pedi. Bonus points for not having to ask for a wine refill. Kid free, long week, and exactly what I needed. I will never go anywhere else for a pedi!

Kent, the new owner is fantastic. Meticulous and attention to detail. He really cares about the quality of his work. There is a difference when a tech cares about the work vs those that just want to hurry up and get you off their hands to the next customer, thinking of a dollar per hour rather than a quality of their work.

Precious is amazing! Everything else just sucked. The owner sat on the couch talking very rude to my nail tech, and telling me 3 times (from across her couch) to get the dip. I didn’t want dip, and I wasn’t even talking to the owner. She irritated me and made me feel uncomfortable, and I couldn’t believe the way she was speaking to my nail tech. I was the only customer in the middle of the day. That says a lot. Precious, I hope you move to a better place that’ll appreciate you! That’s about all I can say.

I called and spoke with the manager and advised all my nails broke due to the acrylic being too thin. When he was applying the acrylic, I told him they were too thin. Sure enough, they all broke. After speaking with one of the workers, I was advised that they will repair for free of charge.. I go back to get them repaired, upon leaving. The manager stopped me and asked for me to pay! Now I just paid $50 3 days prior! What kind of money hungry establishment is this?! I refused to pay another $50 and I will never ever return to this place. They do NOT care about customer service.
