Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismAfter having a bad experience at Gervais Nail Salon, this spa was a breath of fresh air. My first time coming and I was greeted at the door and made to feel catered to. I was seen right away. Sunny did such an amazing job on my nails. He was very nice to me and made sure i was satisfied with everything from beginning to end. He also offered me a beverage and was very professional. Had my hands looking like a million bucks. Very precise and detailed. I didnt get the guys name that did my polish change on my toes, but he did a great job. After having a bad experience at Gervais Nail Salon, this spa was a breath of fresh air. My first time coming and I was greeted at the door and made to feel catered to. I was seen right away. Sunny did such an amazing job on my nails. He was very nice to me and made sure i was satisfied with everything from beginning to end. He also offered me a beverage and was very professional. The pedicures are amazing. Special shout out to Sunny. He took his time with both my nails and feet. I now drive across town to get my nails done. It’s worth it. Update: my regular acrylic nails with gel polish and coffin shape wound up being $70. Now granted, I did ask how much they were and I swore that he told me $55 which I was OK with but I never would’ve gotten regular nails regular acrylic nails for $70. Make sure that you get a quote for your service before you get started. The pedicure was amazing though.

Well I’ve been there a few times now. The salon’s decor is lovely. Truly..I will give them credit because they sculpt and design beautifully. I’ve had a cracked nail a couple of times and they never really fix it. Just throw that weak acrylic they got on top then my nail cracks in the same place two days later. Like I Use regular polish. They don’t even have quick dry for that. How can u offer me some wine but u don’t have quick dry or even solar acrylic…. yea I’m not going back to the establishment but more power to uif u don’t mind beautiful weak nails. I prefer quality…

I knew the parking lot looked empty when I went on a Thursday. Sonny was my favorite and he’s gone!!!! I needed a fill so I let another tech do my nails she wasn’t awful however she scrapped my cuticles multiple times and did not use a buffer at the end to smooth out my nails. I’m not sure if I will return because Kute nails is too expensive to have techs who barely know what they are doing!!

I was referred to Kute Nails and had been going for about 3 months. Due to my work schedule, I always schedule my appts online for 6:30 (which has always been the latest time slot). I always leave a note online and call to let them now that I’ll be a few minutes late b/c the traffic is always heavy around that time. Well tonight, I walked in at approximately 6:36 and was told no one is doing nails tonight and to “try and come back tomorrow”, which isn’t an option for me. The business closes at 7, and that’s indicated on the door as well. While I’m being turned away, a women is just getting started on a pedicure and there are several other ladies being tended to. I’m not sure why I was turned away but I will NEVER go back!! EVER!!!

They were so nice and clean. They make you wash your hands before you sit down and check your temp before you can receive service Teresa was my tech and she did a good job on my nails and brows. For nails I think they are reasonably priced. For a full set of power nails, waxed brows and tip totalled $70. Not bad at all!! Will be going back.
