Somehow, transactions on a gift card I have adding up to $500 came from this barbershop that were not my transactions. I called the barbershop to find out what happened and the guy on the phone yelled at me and accused me of trying to scam them. I was just trying to get clarification and let them know that money had been taken out wrongfully. I don’t even live in the same state. Very rude and wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. I wasnt asking for any money back, and when I offered to send the proof of the transactions, he yelled at me more and hung up on me. Thanks for no help at all and taking almost $500.
