Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time and last time getting my hair done with Veronica. Prior to getting my hair done with her I sent her pictures of my hair, length and picture of the color I wanted . I specifically told her I’ve had this hair color for 3 years now all you need to do is retouch like always. My hair dresser at the time was out of the area so I had no choice. Anyways she guaranteed it was easy and she would be able to get my color. Well she didn’t she had me there for more than 5 hours she asked almost every hairdresser at Kut Haus for help . Didn’t get my hair color right and was asking for more money at the end. I said no I’m very unhappy with your poor work and want you to fix it. She scheduled an appointment for the following week and was upset at me like HELLO YOU could have avoided this if you would have been honest with me and said( I can’t ) anyway she still didn’t leave my hair how I wanted it . Oh and she did the same thing to my friend she asked for blonde highlights and left her hair Red . Gave her a price of 350 and all of a sudden she was asking for 200 more and 80 for a haircut and same thing had to go 2 times still left it red . First time and last time getting my hair done with Veronica. Prior to getting my hair done with her I sent her pictures of my hair, length and picture of the color I wanted .
