RUINED MY HAIR!!!! Asked Jess for barely anything trimmed off just a slight freshen up and maybe a SLIGHT face frame. She butchered my hair and when commented on it not being blended she swore she knew what she was doing. And I went on my way. My hair was long and gorgeous just needing a little love and now there’s not really going back I’d have to cut 7-8 inches off to even out her awful hack job. Devastated. What a waste of $50

Love this place! Very personable and care about you and your hair. They even guarantee there haircuts and will redo it at no cost within a week! WOW. Now that’s great customer service. I’ve never been to another salon that does that. Most people only care about the money, not the person. I’ll definitely be back!

I wish this review could have been me detailing how great of an experience I had getting my eyebrows done but since they didn’t open when they have it POSTED, there is nothing to go on for me. If you cannot be open at 1pm on Tuesday when you say you are going to be, why bother posting the hours as such? Its not a super early morning opening either. Did you sleep in? RIDICULOUS. Some of us only get a 30 minute lunch break and when 10 minutes of that is spent waiting to see if this place will open it really irritates me. I guess my time is not valuable to them and neither is my business. They lost my business before they could even got a chance to earn it. And I had to lose out on lunch time by waiting for someone to actually show up to their job and open on time like they say on their website and on their door. I wish I could just be late to my job and not get in trouble. It sure must be nice.

Her whole upper lip was burnt and raw looking. I reached out to Michelle even though I was embarrassed that she didn’t go to her (kids never listen). First time here.. Made an appointment for a special occasion up do and makeup. I figured why not splurge on myself and relax while a professional did the work. Horrible idea. I paid to stress out. The lighting in the shop made the makeup look okay. But outside was another story I looked orange. I said half up half down with curls and she did all up in a bun with a few curls hanging out… when I got home my boyfriend said OMG how much did you pay for that?? I than washed my face and brushed my hair out. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Kut Above is the Best salon around! It is a very clean facility with friendly staff that always offers outstanding customer service at every visit. Michelle is absolutely amazing!! She always takes the time to walk me through my indecisiveness and gives great ideas on new styles. The color she picked for my hair came out better than I had even imagined. I have been going there for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you want to be amazed with a fantastic hair cut and color and great conversation then book your next appointment with Michelle at Kut Above.

I can say since the pandemic the salon isn’t as clean looking as it use to be. The bathroom needs remodeled and the website needs to be updated and online scheduling needs to resume. Diane is what keeps me going she provides great service and I’ve never had any issues with my lady parts since she began waxing me.
