Krystal is amazing. She is super sweet and informative about any type of service. I have been going with her for a couple of months and booking an appointment with her is easy. Whenever I have questions, I text or dm her, and she responds as soon as she can. She values communication and honesty, that is all you need because she is just so understandable and appreciates knowing ahead of time. Even if it is last minute makes sure to communicate, and trust me, she gets it. Her spot is clean and makes sure to sanitize all machines before and after every appointment. I love her and I am always excited to see her because we just have some amazing conversations!

Paid for 4 sessions in full. She was late to every single appointment. Sucks at communicating, she literally would text me 2 minutes before my appointment to let me know she was running late or to try to reschedule me when I was already outside her place. My first appointment, she had me waiting 20 minutes and when I finally went in the room, she had a GUN just chilling right next to where I was laying down. The 2nd appointment she had me waiting 25 minutes because one of her friends had an appointment before mine and the friend decided to show up late. (I know this because she told me) The 3rd time, I texted her to let her know I was outside and she told me she was going to have to reschedule me because she had a last minute client that showed up before me so I told her I was frustrated with the lack of communication on her end. She ended up letting me in and when I went in the only person I saw was her boyfriend…she didn’t even let me go in her room where she does the sessions. She had me sit in a chair where you wash hair and I told her how uncomfortable it was and it was hurting my neck! I didn’t even end up going back for my last sessions, she also never contacted me. Also, the amounts of times this girl burned me with the hot machine because she was constantly on her phone texting and not paying attention to what she was doing! or kept interrupting my 30 minute session because she had to text back!
