In reality, 0 stars. There was a lady here who did not know what she was doing. I refused to pay for someone to spend 30 minutes to rub oil on my back. There was no form of massage skill in use. Also, WHY would someone start a timer and then leave the room!?! Am I paying to wait for you?! No. I pay for the services so start the timer when the masseuses are ready to begin.
