I have been going to Kaja Adrian for several years now. She always knows how to work well with my hair and can take something that I hope for and turn it into exactly what I want! Her knowledge of hair chemistry, etc. and the products my hair needs has been so helpful and I’m so grateful for her! She’s seen my hair go through so many transformations (2 babies later, lots of hair loss and regrowth, coloring, root color, etc.) and has always done a phenomenal job. Highly recommend her!

It was great & for $300 it should be. I would recommend you ask what the price is as you go…I was expecting $200 just based on the prices they had online; it surprises me the stylist wouldn’t ask before she just did all these extras without telling you they are not included. Live & learn…but I will definitely be discussing price before anything is done.

Horrible experience twice! I will never go there again they destroyed my hair. I asked for highlights she damanded doing color on my roots. My hair was blonde. She turned it orange. I went back and all they did was tone it again and charged me. The manager never called me back. She is extremely rude. Go to beehive in Roanoke a million times better!!!

I’ve been going to KTS for a couple years now. I’ve always seen Fallon and she is very good. I don’t color so it’s just cut and style but I always look great when I leave there. Whether I’m going layers or no layers, shorter for the summer, bangs or no bangs, she listens to what I want and I’ve never left not liking my new style.

KENDALL IS AMAZING! I always wanted to find someone who could work my hair and help me keep it moisturized and healthy; she does that and more! I will always go to Kendall for my hair and my kids hair too. I have bi-racial hair and I was very weary of others working on it. She always explains what she’s doing and gives me suggestions as to style it, work with the curls and gives me guides to my hair. Today, I got baylayage done on it for the first time EVER! I was super nervous at first but it came out great and Kendall gave me exactly what I wanted.

Went here for the first time in May. Kelly did my highlights and cut. She did an awesome job! I love my hair. She recommended some hair products to make my hair stronger and healthier and they have been working great. They are very attentive to your needs and listen! I even got a follow up call a week after my appointment to make sure I liked my hair. This place rocks!!!
