They are always late! Even with an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes. It’s not the first time. The place is clean, and the technicians are good. They tend to overbook and they don’t have enough staff to meet the demands. Very poor customer services. Manicure, Pedicure

Horrible place to get hair done. Wife had hair done within weeks color washed out and when gone back to have fix they want to charge full price again that is not the way to do business. Also they like to speak another language and laugh when your explaining something very rude and disrespectful. Had to have the Owner on the phone to discuss what was going on and while on the phone she says to pay today and come back again another day and then hung up on me. Some people dont have time to keep coming back. Wife Wont be going there again this is twice now that has ended in same results. Id rather pay double elsewhere then have her go back there again.

I have only had my lashes fill done 2x and they charged me an extra $20 because I didn’t come in a week earlier without saying anything to me before she started. I was quoted $50 for a fill, but I was charged $65, so when they charged me $85 this time after I explained I was sick… enough of price increases for me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe had an appointment, I asked for my daughters hair to be washed, they said they didn’t have time, she’s 8, it doesn’t take long to wash. When we got home I found numerous long hairs that weren’t cut. My pedicure was awful, my gel polish was filed off, no soaking at all, it was very rushed, my feet were not scrubbed, I am home 5 hours later and I have dry, rough skin on my heels. I guess looking at my phone was a bad idea, I didn’t notice she didn’t scrub. It was $45, completely overpriced. I like the service but the management very poor. I book my appointments and then the technician I booked (Jane) is working on someone else. I’m a regular customer and resent the fact walk in customers get preferential treatment over those who make appointments and then wait. I asked to do my manicure at same time as pedicure and was told they were “too busy” but then saw three other clients getting manicures and pedicures simultaneously. Management needs to understand what good customer service is and treat regular customers with more respect and consideration.
