My first time here I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure (not pictured). They both were great and the woman who did them was very sweet, it just took a while to be done. I then went back 3 weeks after to get the acrylics removed and a gel manicure done. Instead of soaking the acrylics to get them off the man doing my nails peeled them off with pliers and wedging a new acrylic in between my nail and the fake one to get them off, which I repeatedly said hurt. He was also on some sort of video call with a group of people the entire time he was doing my nails so it definitely did not feel like my nails were getting his full attention. Overall I probably won’t be going back.
