Amazing service, my pedicure was beautiful ,and when my toe nail had accidentally came off they fixed it for me !! Honestly all I can say from the Ty who answered the phone and placed the appointment for me very well mannered, on to the young man who did my pedicure very patient and very well done. Then Kylie did my full set, I am extremely happy with the job done!!! Ive been getting full sets for years and her job I LOVED!!! As closest to perfection as could be!!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI read the reviews on this salon, and I was very disappointed at the service given to me. I had a 6:45 pm appointment. I arrived and the tech said it would be no problem to do a jell overlay. After she removed my old polish and acrylic she asked me again what I wanted did. I explained again, I just wanted the acrylic and the polish I picked out on my own nails. She pulled out a dipping color acrylic and said that is the only kind they used. She then called over to another customer and I ask if she was going to finish me first. She then proceeded to tell m maybe I should go to another shop. She called the owner and he spoke to me and asked me to let her do the other customer and then she would get back to me. I am a 56 year old african lady. I have never been treated so poorly in a business. Yes it maybe a good business if you are not black . I got up and left.
