This is by far the most unprofessional nail salon in Ripon. My pedicure was fabulous but my full set was horrible and she didn’t want to wait so I had my arm yanked across my body throughout my entire pedicure. I walked in and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she forgot to add the colors. Then she waited until she had all the acrylic applied to my nails to tell me she wasn’t able to do the design. She does NOT shape coffin nails evenly, left acrylic all over my fingertips and charged me full price although I was clearly unsatisfied. On top of it all the wax lady got was in her clients hair, eyelashes and all over her face. Again.. no compensation.

Regarding Wild Red. I was a customer in the salon when you were there verbally abusing the staff. It was obvious you were after a free service from the beginning. Contrary to your post, you were compensated. You were refunded your money. Future customers should disregard Wild Reds review

They claimed to know how to do a certain type of nail, while they clearly didn’t. I asked for a 2-color acrylic ombre in a nude and white. They did not have a nude color, so i went with a fleshy pink color. My nails were uneven, not uniform in length or size. The nails had concave surfaces, they were not smooth at all. I posted a picture, but it was hard to show all of the imperfections, such as: part of my nail near my cuticle wasn’t even properly covered with acrylic, the ombre was not done correctly, and she was heavy on the sander!!! The pictures I posted were of my nails about 1 week after getting them done, and they already look like they need a fill!!
