Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter had her nails done here. The quality is terrible. Three nails are crooked. They cut her in three places. My daughter had her nails done here. The quality is terrible. Three nails are crooked. They cut her in three places. They didn’t push in her cuticles, so after three days, they’re already gasped. Unprofessional and not friendly. $65 for a job she could’ve done better at home. This place used to do good work, but sadly they’ve changed.

I called a couple days in advance and ask if they threaded eyebrows here. The lady was super polite and said yes and told me I didn’t need an appointment. I called the day of to see if my baby sister could get her nails painted that same day as well. She was super rude (different lady) and told me they don’t thread. Then when I came in, she got snotty when I didn’t have an appointment. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Awful experience! Made my appt almost a month before then once I arrived they did not have both mani pedi appts that I had made. They did do both however rushed through everything and had the owners son soak my nails in which he did not want to do and made that very clear, however, did it with a lot of attitude and after being asked 4 times to do so. It was kind of like it was a pain for me to even be there and I felt very uncomfortable and unappreciated for their business. After all said and done my nails were all very uneven I had the gel glued to my skin in several places as the polish for both gel mani and pedi were done extremely sloppy. In my experience I would most definetly not Recommend kt nails!! Not to mention the prices were higher than expected.

No where on their building or website does it say by appointment only I just walked in here to get a pedicure and she say No! I can see if she have anything available a diff day I’m here Now so obviously want it done today duh won’t come back
