Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo i Called Monday or Tuesday for A appointment for 2 pedicures for sat at 6-6:15 depending on traffic. I’ve never felt more rushed at a nail salon. Grant it I’m sure everyone wants to go home(totally understandable) but if you don’t want people coming that late, then don’t offer that time.Service: Pedicure

This salon gets 0 stars, google forced me to give at least one. I had my nails done by another salon the day before and was dissatisfied with the job. After reading reviews on google I decided to go into KT to see if they could fix them. The owner (I am assuming) looked at my nails, told me he was too busy to help me (there was only one customer in there) and further told me to go back to the original salon. Not at all what I expected. Definitely not good customer service. He was bothered and unwilling to help. He lost a future customer

The woman who did my nails had her headphones in on a phone call the entire time. Only spoke to me with hand gestures (i.e. go there, do this, etc.). Asked for a regular mani-pedi and left multiple spots missing on my nails. The polish chipped within 3 days and I barely touched them. She then proceeded to charge an extra $5 for a 30 second foot scrub. Not good customer service at all.
