Sarah did an amazing job with my nails!!! Perfect for the holidays. I was the last one in the salon and she never made me feel rushed. Perfect experience. She is super creative and I was so so happy with how they turned out! (They also lasted 5 weeks without the slightest chip or break.)

Critical: QualityI don’t normally write reviews but I had a horrible experience at KT nails. I will not be returning to this salon.I went as a walk in to this salon yesterday morning. My nail technician rushed my fill in. My nails were uneven. I left with nail polish on my hands and a small spot of blood because she was rough when taking care of my cuticles. My nails chipped yesterday night and again today. Normally when I get my nails done they last 2-3 WEEKS without chipping. 2-3 WEEKS. These didn’t even last 24 hours. I ask for a manicure and Fifi was the person that supposed do it but I really had a very bad experience. This is not acceptable, she remove my old dip powder manicure and when she ask what color I want this time so I told her that this time I will just given my nails a break she start with an actitud and just removed the old and did not give me a manicure at all. Really dissatisfied with the treatment I received.

Extremely unhappy with my experience. My sister called to make an appointment. When we arrived, on time, we were told to sit down. They were busy. I sat with my feet in the water for a half hour while my sister’s pedicure was being done. Finally, my pedicure started, but by then my sister was done. She couldn’t stay in her seat next to me.

Never going back to this place again! I went the first time, my nails didn’t even last a week. Went back and got my dipping powder done and it was already chipping the NEXT DAY. Don’t charge customers $40 dollars for a lousy job. Dip powder

Great Salon! I was welcomed by everyone when I walked in, everyone was friendly. My nail professional, Lina, was beyond sweet and understanding as I asked to change my design from what we originally discussed. Everything was clean and both my pedicure and gel manicure were nothing short of amazing. I was very impressed with how quickly they worked without sacrificing a quality job! Super happy!

As soon as she realized that I was unhappy she personally reached out to me and offered to fix my nails. It had not even been a day and she was ready and waiting for me to fix everything I was unhappy with. Once I came in she was so sweet and made sure I was happy with what she was doing and also gave me suggestions that would make my nails look even better. I am so happy with the way my nails looks. Have been going here since they opened in 2007. Very nice girls and not expensive. My acrylic nails last for 5 weeks without chipping or breaking. And I’m very rough on my nails I work at a horse farm! Highly recommend Sarah for the artwork. Very busy girl so book in advance. My husband uses Lily for pedicures and manicures. The owner Tina is very nice and very accommodating to everyone. I’m not sure about the complaints but I’ve never spent more then $50 on my nails and I get fills with artwork on every nail. And that’s usually around Halloween time when it’s with gems and special paint. And I’ve never sat there longer than an hour on my nails which is so worth the money!

I had a wonderful experience there. The ladies working there are super sweet and helpful. Even during these tough times, they were still so sweet. The lady I had did an amazing job except for two things, she completely disregarded the coffin shape and she cut them way shorter than I asked. My nails look more square but regardless, I had a great time and they did a great job overall.
