I had my first visit today at KT Nails, and I was there for a polish change on my acrylic nails. they made me an appointment an hour within calling. for both me and my sister. once I arrived I had to wait a little bit but then someone took me. the man was very kind and talkative and he always made sure I liked the way my nails looked. Then a Lady took over and she did such a nice job and was very kind. Overall my first experience was really good. I got just what I asked for and I will definitely be returning!

Have been here a couple of times – top notch for powder dip. Long lasting, talented and you’ll get what you ask for (if it’s doable). Long coffin picture is what I showed for reference bc I wanted the rainbow style -Yum (the tech who does my nails) made sure while she was doing them that I liked how they were turning out. Love, love how my nails came out – Exceeded expectations!

I’ve never written a review for anything before, don’t usually have awful experiences that I feel a bad review needed to be placed. However, other people should know the quality they’re getting from this business. I’ve been getting my nails done for about 8 years or so. I have never had my nails messed up as bad as they messed them up. When I walked in it seemed chaotic. Which I understand, it’s Memorial Day weekend. After sitting for a few minutes they told me the colors for the gel are on the back wall. I picked a color and then they pointed to where I’m going to be sitting. After sitting for a few minutes the nail tech that was working on the woman next to me switched over to me and started doing my nails. Then she switched back to the other woman. Then came back to me. Then helped someone else who came in and sat in front of me. She was bouncing between multiple people and other people were going between them as well. It seemed almost like they couldn’t handle the volume that was coming in, or at least was trying to. I’m my opinion they cared more about the quantity of people coming in than the quality they’re providing. I felt very rushed through on my nails. On top of that, they didn’t even do my nails the way I wanted them to be done. I showed the nail tech a design and she said she could do that, but instead just painted my nails a whole color. They also didn’t use the gel polish on the tips of my nails. You can even see some of my old color still on my nail that wasn’t fully taken off. The gel fill came out very thick, which I am not a fan of. It doesn’t look natural. Within 20 minutes of leaving one of my nails broke on the corner. Plus other nails had my nail lifting off the gel. I’ve never had that happen that quick before, if anything after a couple weeks of beating on them maybe. I went back looking to get a refund, even partial would have been nice. They don’t do refunds, only fix whatever is broken. However, I did not have the time to fix anything. I usually go to a different nail salon, but they were booked and I couldn’t wait the few extra days due to work. Lesson learned, wait the few extra days for the place you know does a good job and will focus on quality and making sure it’s done right.

First time here! The tech that did my nails was very sweet and always asking if I liked my nails during the process! My nails are very thin so it usually hurts a lot to get acrylics removed, but my tech removed them and preserved my real nail underneath. I only got hurt twice but the second time I told her it hurt, she was extra careful and didn’t hurt me again. So don’t be afraid to speak up ladies! I’m very happy that she was able to save the nail underneath and I love the way they came out.

My friends and I accidentally went to the wrong nail place after making an appt @ KT Nails but they were very understanding and still let us come in! The staff were all very friendly, careful & really took their time with our nails. I didn’t even realize until later that we were still there an hour after closing and they never seemed like they were in a rush to get us out (which I’ve experienced at other places not even close to closing time). We will definitely be coming back again!

They did such a great job with my nails! Normally mail techs cut up my hands but I left this nail salon with not even a scratch! Also they take their time to make sure you like how everything looks without being rude if you ask them to change something 🙂 Nail art, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

KT nails and spa does an excellent job on my mani every time. It’s the only place I’ve gone that has been able to replicate nail designs i found on Pinterest and loved, like chrome nails and gold foil. They are very talented and always courteous and friendly.
