I showed them a picture and she said, “absolutely” she started doing them, she only put acrylic on half of my nails, and then started painting them. she cut half of my fingers, and never said sorry. she told me that i had baby fingers and didn’t apologize. she didn’t care at all. do not go to this place, the end.

I’ve always gone to KT nails and my husband got me a $100 GC last year for our anniversary and I’ve just now had a chance to go use it and I was all excited, kid and work free, and they wouldn’t honor it because it was expired. I’m so disappointed. I didn’t know it had an expiration date. I basically begged her. She was like sorry no. They also had NO customers. So taking my business elsewhere and will never go back there.

Critical: Quality, ValueAfter 5 days my nails look like this. Birthday my gel polish came off and then the owner act like it was my fault after it’s been on my finger for 6 hours and then I appealed off jail is not supposed to peel off. He was too busy looking at his watch trying to make sure that he had enough time to get two clients while he was working on two clients at the same time. After 5 days my nails look like this. Birthday my gel polish came off and then the owner act like it was my fault after it’s been on my finger for 6 hours and then I appealed off jail is not supposed to peel off. He was too busy looking at his watch trying to make sure that he had enough time to get two clients while he was working on two clients at the same time. Need more help and need to pay more attention to the client that you have and make them feel like they are somebody in your store and that you appreciate them.

I have been getting my nails done (powder fill) there regularly (and pedi’s seasonally) for several months and have been very satisfied. Lately, however, service and work quality have deteriorated. Globby. Polish coming off in days, nails breaking, having to go back for repairs. Manicurist trying to get done so fast, not friendly. Seems inconvenienced. I’m a good tipper. I don’t expect constant conversation, but do expect quality work and friendliness. Not getting it. I may start going somewhere else.

Today was the second time I went to KT’S nail salon. The first time I didn’t get to waite, I was taken right away. This time there was a waiting period. I had a chance to look around. That salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. The help was very informative by letting you know how long the waite is going to be. Several time, so you weren’t wondering what was going on. I really can’t praise them enough the way the new owners( including the worker’s). Run this salon. And do beautiful work.

They do not listen at all because when I went hey I want them sure but not way too short the guy The guy just kept my phone length and I kept asking can you go shorter and he won’t go shorter and then and then when I got to check out the color he just took the things away and just show that a color for me and I don’t like that color so like I said they do not listen and I’m not recommend coming back it’s not worth paying for.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI havent gottan my nails done in years. My dad died so i took my sister and daughter to get our nails done. The lady made an issue as if she didnt like me for some reason and the male said she sisnt. I was offended so i sat quietly. As he shook his head the whole time. My nails look terrible and i was offended. The lady waited till i paid and seen how bad my nails were. But i didnt have time to stay. I paid 123 dollars for us all 3 and left a 17 dollar tip.
