This nail salon is amazing. I’ve been going to Nga at KSC Nails for almost a year now. I get dipping powder done and can go 3+ weeks between appointments! No lifting, no broken nails. I really hate to be a person to leave a not so good review, however I feel like I need to. I was a first timer when I went here on New Years Eve. I just went to try somewhere different and I heard good things! The lady who did my nails was very nice, personable, and talkative. I just had her do a simple dip nail with tips, in a pink color. She did my nails at a good pace, only taking about 40 minutes. I thought she could have dipped my nails a few more times because they were a tad bit translucent, however that’s besides the point now. I thought my nails looked decent, until the NEXT DAY when two of my nails broke off. I was just confused on how they broke so fast, then the day after that, two others broke off. Now, it is the third day with these nails and only have nearly half of them on. I’m just very disappointed in the quality and wearing time of these nails.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I personally go to relax when I am getting a pedicure and acrylic nails. I took my mom as a special treat to her. She only wanted a pedicure. They completed her pedicure before they started anything of my pedicure or acrylic nails. The water to soak our feet was ice cold and they refused to redo the water to warm it up for us. While I was getting my pedicure they made me do the acrylic nails at the same time. They came out so uneven because I had to reach across my body to do one hand. When they were doing the design I picked the nail tech said “I could do a better design if you would have left the nails longer.” I have an office job and I can’t type with long nails. Within 1 week of the nails being on they all popped off while I was giving my child a bath! Upon further inspection you can see that hardly any glue was used to make the tip stay attached to my nail and hardly any to no roughing up of my nail to make the acrylic stay on. I called the salon once my nails fell off and they said it was my fault they popped off because they sat in water to long! I have never had an issue with nails popping off from doing normal things in my daily life before! When I walked up to pay for the services for my mom and I they looked like I was trying to walk out with out pay nad told me oh you want another pedicure already! I will never go back!! I would give them a zero start if I could. oh and it doesn’t matter if you call a week in advance to make an appointment you still have to wait 30 minutes after your initial appointment time before they will do any for you!

went for a pedicure. she dug so deep into my toenail it bled (it was not ingrown). It was very painful. I was obviously wincing and pulling back. she kept going. two days later and it’s very painfully infected. Pedicure

Love Love Love this place! I have been coming here for two years now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad set of nails. I always get dip with tip and they always turn out just how I would like them to. I always recommend this salon to all of my friends! Their prices are also great, not super expensive! Acrylic nails
