It can be so scary to go to a different salon, especially as a “blonde”. Too much can go wrong. I was referred to Emily and I must say I’m so glad I was. She is professional, yet personable, honest, and kind. My work has a lot of reschedules and she was as flexible as can be reasonably expected. Every time I leave her chair I feel fabulous. Today she also cut my little guy’s hair and it’s never looked better. I’ve gone to salons across the country, and she’s my favorite. Don’t be scared! Make that appt.

I had my favorite salon experience EVER with Avery! KS Salon Suites is comfortable and nicely decorated. Was offered a beverage which I chose dove hot chocolate (I would return just to have this again). Avery was very knowledgeable when it came to my color and executing exactly what I wanted done to my hair with her own recommendations to ensure I understood what the outcome would be. It turned out better than I imagined! Very pain free and mess free experience. Four days later and it is still soft and vibrant as ever. My hairstylist, Emily, is always professional, clean, knowledgeable, and on the top of her game. If I want a dye, she researched what products are out there and offers me the best colors she knows I’m looking for. If I want a new cut, she contemplates designs with me and thoughtfully looks at pictures while offering both her opinions and other options she thinks would work, as well. I never feel rushed and I always feel like family when I arrive and leave.

I went to see Jenn S today and my experience here was AMAZING! I went in with box black colored hair and left with BEAUTIFUL hair. The black lifted so well for one session and I’m obsessed with the color it is currently. I cannot wait to go back to see what she does next! Jenn was a rockstar and she makes you feel more like a friend than a client when she talks to you.
