I booked a couples massage online for my mom and aunt – specially chose couples massage and paid for THAT package. After they had the massage, they were informed that their website was wrong and they had to pay $80 extra. This was meant to be a gift which turned into a burden. I double checked the website thinking I had maybe booked it wrong but no, I received the same pricing and same information. VERY disappointed and even more disappointed that my GIFT turned into an expense. They did nothing to remedy this for the recipients even though they admitted their website was incorrect. We have been going to massages at the Pzazz, despite the different owners, for years. We will not go back again.
