I had such an absolute amazing experience at this salon! Everyone was so kind, professional and friendly. I came in to get 10 inches cut off, I was nervous and didn’t know exactly what to do but Brittany made me feel at ease, explained what would look best and went above and beyond doing an absolutely beautiful job on my hair! I will absolutely be coming back here, and would recommend to anyone!

She was so knowledgeable about skin care and how to treat my skin properly. I had no idea the salon was 45 min from me! Doesn’t even matter because I would drive back to Jen in a heartbeat! Jennifer is a licensed skincare professional who has studied multiple disciplines in the cosmetic industry. I chose Jenn B for my facial because she puts education first- she works closely with Dermalogica ( a premier skincare brand) for continuing education. She knows her stuff! An expert!I also had the pleasure of chatting with the “Krystal ” of Krystal Rose Salon! Also such a nice girl and talented hairdresser. A few weeks ago I enjoyed an appointment with Jennifer. Jennifer is a licensed skincare professional who has studied multiple disciplines in the cosmetic industry. I chose Jenn B for my facial because she puts education first- she works closely with Dermalogica ( a premier skincare brand) for continuing education. She knows her stuff! An expert!

Not only did she do an amazing job bringing my hair from a brassy blonde to an ash blonde that I always wanted but we just clicked. We talked the entire time and it made the whole waiting game go by so fast. My hair is beautiful and already growing. They also do a tremendous job following the COVID guidelines and the salon is beautiful and well kept. Recently was referred by a friend after moving and needed somewhere closer. Krystal was absolutely AMAZING. Not only did she do an amazing job bringing my hair from a brassy blonde to an ash blonde that I always wanted but we just clicked.
