Love love love this nails salon.!!!! Beyond works, The environment the people that works there they’re all nice and the price is very competitive in the area. I move to this neighborhood back in summer time, and since then I’ve been looking for a good nail Salon and I finally found it, all this places around. People treat you Weird and it’s all about the money.!!!!

I absolutely loved my nails when I got them done 2 weeks ago, I made sure I asked for the young ladies name as I knew I wanted to only be seen by her. Remind you I was told they don’t do appointments,I just walked in and got seated with her. I came back yesterday for a fill in by the same person she was finishing with someone I made it clear I wanted to see Lin. The other lady said okay she has someone I said no problem I’ll wait. She finished with her and went right into her phone, I waited a few minutes then figured I ask if she’s ready, only for her to say no she’s waiting for someone to come…. Not how long they’ll be, not how long my wait may be just “no I have someone coming” it just seemed very unprofessional to me to even acknowledge me after I said I wanted to see you, then to only tell me you have someone coming when I could’ve sworn it was walk ins only. I just left and went elsewhere.I was so excited to see her only to get dead energy in return.

The owner is extremely rude! Every time I get my nails done I spend atleast $200. I stood outside before they opened because I knew I had a video shoot today. I asked her could I make an appointment prior to coming and she told me NO. I was the 4th person in line i waited my turn only to find out she put her appointments ahead of me. My husband and I have been faithful customers here but I will never come back again. I left to get my make up done so I would not be late for my video shoot and when I came back she refused ti service me! Beyond Rude and she needs to be reported! She only allows cash to avoid paying taxes.

The nails came out ok and all, but very poor quality acrylic and not the best customer service. My nails chipped after only 2 days and they won’t fix it for free because they “dont guarantee anything when you walk out the door” GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY GUARANTEE GREAT QUALITY NAILS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They are pretty good. There wasn’t a wait as expected for a friday afternoon. The weren’t as refined with my fingernails as the last place I went but they take the time to do as you ask. I got the Spa Pedicure, with dark pink and white French and Lucy did my toes super neat and it felt great. Nan did my nails and did a great job but, they are a tiny bit wonky around the cuticle area with excess acrylic and a bit thick but not terrible. Nothing a little time and oil won’t fix. For an acrylic fill-in with gel polish, a variation of French and a Spa Pedi w/Gel polish, French…it ran me 133.00 without tip and I tipped both 10.00. The Pedi was 63.00 and that means the fill-in was like 70.00. Kinda expensive but a feel good experience overall.
