Dee did an absolutely amazing job on my nails! She asked me exactly what I wanted and did exactly that! She was so gentle and asked me multiple times to let her know if she hurts me or if there was something I didn’t like about the nails so she could fix it. She also was really helpful with choosing a color for me and was so patient with me.

Excellent customer service, clean and organized facility. Shay was attentive throughout the appointment, meticulous in her work. I appreciated her help in selecting a nail color and the design on my ring finger. It’s obvious Shay loves what she does, she’s quick to smile and ready to get to know her customer. The wine was a nice perk. Weaam provided a gentle pedicure, just what my feet needed.

Found this gem online based off reviews. I pass Krystal Nail Spa everyday on my way to work and I decided to stop by one day after work! Shay! Oh my goodness, she’s one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She was able to educate me about dip/gel and recommended what was the best. I took her advice and dip it was! I also got a chrome finish with pixie on my two ring fingers. Shay is the truth! She’s a perfectionist, so that’s alright with me. She’s found another loyal customer and I’m extremely happy with my nails; simple and elegant.
