I should have stayed with my original nail tech because this place is not it. I said to be careful with my nails and the tall skinny guy just ignore that and was too hard and rough. My fingers hurt. After he puts on the polish and cleans my nails he files them all again and takes away the polish off the sides of my nails. I asked him to polish it again he said no it’s supposed to be like that. This was a waste of $40! My nails look and feel dirty and I hate it! I love the color but hate this place at least the guy that did them!

Tony Fucc’d up my minor daughter’s nails. They are too wide for her skinny fingers. She was soo proud to save her money,walked to Krystal Nails, only to return home with these hideous nails. I’ve been coming to this nail shop for over 20 years. John has an impeccable memory and remembers me, everyone in my family and where we last lived. I walked in today and he asked how my mother and sister were and remembered where they last lived! Great service and nail care for a great price. Was going to a place closer to my home in woodbridge and they charged me almost double of what they charge at Krystle’s. So I’ll take a ride up the GSP and pay some tolls to support this business…still nets cheaper for me. I highly recommend.

This place is very sanitary when it comes to pedicures. Even before covid they always lined sinks with plastic bags and opens brand new tools. They are now making you fill out a form and take your temperature upon arrival and have added sneeze guards around pedicure chairs for your safety. This place gets 4 stars because even if you make an appointment you have to wait like an hour to get seen.

I love the place but there’s is this new guy that does a messy job. I had acrylic under my nails and a lot on my cuticles. I got some little scars on my nails that hurt. Definitely love the place ! I recommend the lady or john to do your acrylics :). Gel manicures, Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Manicure

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a photoshoot coming up and I went a few days before. One of the manicurists gave me a mani-pedi, but she botched my nail job. It was very rushed and not at all thorough. I was debating whether or not I should remove the nail job. It was that bad.

Yesterday I went there to get my nails done for my birthday and it was the worst acrylic I’ve ever gotten. The man I believe his name was Kevin, was on his phone the entire time, he rushed my nails. Before applying the tips, he didn’t even clean my nails and when applying the tips, he didn’t make sure they fit. The powder was uneven. Before he applied the nail polish, while cleaning my nails, he was on his phone instead of paying attention to what he was doing. I was in the verge of tears, I thought he was going to rip off the tips and take my nails with them. I’m never going back to that place. Now one one arm looks kinda normal while the other looks like a cat’s paws.
