My child has been a client at Krossover since 2015. The location is nice and welcoming. The owner, Tracy, is a very kind man along with the other barbers. He is growing his hairout therefore we only get an “edge up” or “line up.”

I came in without an appointment, I asked if they had time to fit me in for a haircut. One of the barbers said yeah absolutely just write your name on the board. So I did, and I noticed I’ve been waiting an hour and a half and the barber still didn’t get me to cut my hair. But I noticed at least four other people come into the barbershop after me without an appointment and they all got serviced. This barbershop has terrible customer service. I will never be back.

I went in today as a walk-in after my sister told me good things about them (cutting my nephews). I just had cut my dreadlock and wanted to get it trimmed and it was my first time to a barbershop after 15 years. I told my barber the height i wanted my hair to stay at (not too short) and she kept cutting it way too short and every time I try to look at the minor she turns me around so I don’t see it and kept telling me I don’t know what i’m talking about, how she using “barber’s terminology” and how I’m not trusting her because she’s a women! I’m absolutely very mad she tried to blame her lack of talent on being a women. I’m beyond depressed with the cut I got and I haven’t hated to see myself on the mirror this bad. She’s a horrible barber and should not cut any other clients hair!! I’ll never go to a barbershop again myself!! Idk about the other barbers at this shop but allowing such an incompetent person to cut a clients hair makes me question all their competence who work there! Find another barbershop!

The barber Kevin Kmac McGowan acknowledged my presence at 12:25pm for my 12:30pm appointment but after waiting 20 minutes NEVER said anything else to me. Kept working on another client and even after me walking out, never apologized for his rude and untimely behavior.

The services here is great, the Barbers are very friendly, welcoming and me·tic·u·lous. Of course I do have a favorite Mr. K Mac which means appointments are very tight and difficult sometimes. We have three to get haircuts four persons’ in all. Walk-ins are truly welcome. They specialize in all hair types; and many different cuts and styles. You are welcome to bring your own styles and ideas for your haircuts, styles, designs, etc. Drop in anytime check out their website for opening hours and or call to schedule an appointment.
