I’ve been coming here for 5 years to get my eyebrows threaded when it was owned by Kriti. She was amazing, I loved her. However recently she sold to this new lady and every person who has done my eyebrows has been HORRIBLE! (I’ve done them with 2 different ppl) I kept coming cause ever so often I was lucky to get Kriti as occasionally she was there. Today I was lucky to get my eyebrows done by the new owner… or so I thought! As she was cleaning my eyebrows she asked me to check them and I told her to take some hairs off, she did and I again asked her to take more off from the front and she goes on about “most ppl don’t want them that thin” I told her, “I didn’t want them thin but I need to shape it because there’s no line to guide my brow.” She was irritated that I was asking her to clean the hair that was left behind. She said “well your hair is growing in a different direction I said “okay you still need to remove the hair.” She proceeded to asked “do you want me to trim it or thread it?” With an attitude, Like, what?! Excuse me I’m the paying customer and if your asking how does it look and I tell you to remove more hair than do just that! The audacity this lady had to argue with me about how I wanted my eyebrows. Word of advice lady, shut up and just do what the customer is asking you to do to THEIR face. Your two cents aren’t needed. Needless to say after 5 years I will never come back to this facility again! All thanks to the owner herself.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place -1000 stars I would. I honestly downloaded this app to write this review about how terrible this place and I mean terrible the owner is the worst. She fires anyone who does brows better than her. I had to go to another place after she ruined my brows and she didn’t even properly clean it well. Then had the nerves to want me to pay for the work she done. Please if u want bad brows with a bad attitude go here. She claimed she trains all the others who worked for her before but it’s baffling how they all do brows better than her. 0/10 really. Got my eyebrows done and my hair cut in layers. She did a great job. The place is neat and clean, and I would recommend this place for Indian haircut (some local salons don’t particularly know how to cut Indian curly hair). And it isn’t very expensive as well.

I really appreciate how the hair stylist,Ozlem worked in my hair. She is so talented. If you need haircut or any coloring or anything for your hair, I would definitely recommend that you see Ozlem. She knows what she is doing. Plus she is super clean and pays attention to hygienic rules

My skin is sensitive so I prefer the technique of Threading instead of Waxing on my face. A few years ago, I found Kamala, who is the owner of “Kriti Beauty Salon”. She is professional, experienced, accurate and most importantly a very caring and kind person. I have used many of the salon’s services from the Gold Facial, Waxing, Hair Styling and Threading. The Kriti Beauty Salon attracts a multi-cultural and loyal clientele. I travel from Corpus Christi, Texas because Kriti is worth it!

My mistake..Never going back to this place again. Went for a cleanup and eyebrows and the salon was empty with two employees continuously chatting in Hindi which I understand though I m a South Indian. Wanted to relax with the massage but instead got headache with their non stop talking. Juz wanted to hell shut up! And then came their American customers who they greated with a wide smile where I wasn’t even given a smile and then there was no more personal talks. It was silent Come on y’all.. seriously!! Never felt this kinda treatment in other American/Chinese salon. Irony!!
