I don’t recommend this business. Unresponsive and does not have good customer relationship management. Their system takes you to online booking that you later on discover requires approval if owner who never responds back ( whether to accept or reject your booking). Any business have the right to reject providing services to whoever, that is understandable. What is not OK is to ignore the booking requests just like that. At least have the decency to be professional! I tried to reach out via Instagram DM to figure out should I allocate time for this extension’s consultation, again never responded although he just posted something there few hours ago.
